We also offer a delicious dinner on site on Saturday evening. Additionally, a free buffet of hot and cold drinks, beers, and other alcoholic beverages, as well as sweet and savory snacks, will be available during the milongas for your enjoyment.

As places are limited, we will prioritize registrations in couples (leader and follower) to maintain balance between dancers. We strongly encourage you to register as a duo to help facilitate this balance.

A complimentary buffet with hot and cold drinks, beer, and a variety of sweet and savory snacks will be available during the milongas.

Passes are personalized and linked to the names provided during registration. They cannot be transferred to another person. Our team may request an ID when you collect your pass.

As space is limited, we will prioritize registrations in dance couples (leader-follower) to maintain a balanced ratio. If you register alone or as two followers, you will be placed on a waiting list until a single leader registers.

Please inform the organizers if one of the registered participants cannot attend. A full refund of the pass cost can only be provided if another person can take the vacant spot.

No refunds will be possible if the organizers receive notification of non-participation less than 15 calendar days before the event.
