• A free buffet of hot and cold drinks, beer and other alcoholic beverages, as well as sweet and savory snacks, will be available during the milongas.

• Passes are personal , associated with the names mentioned during registration, and cannot be transferred to another person. The team may request proof of identity when collecting the pass.

• As we have a limited number of places, we will prioritize registrations as dancing couples (leader – follower) to maintain a harmonious balance. If you register alone or as two followers, you will be placed on a waiting list until a leader registers alone and will then be assigned to you.

• A follower, who would register as a leader, could be accepted, if her level of dance is sufficient to maintain the chosen role for several hours of Milonga.

• Please inform the organizers if any of the registered participants cannot attend. A full refund of the pass cost will be issued at least two weeks before the weekend. The vacant place may be allocated to another person, subject to the organizers' prior agreement.

• No refund will be possible if notification of non-participation is received by the organizers less than 15 days before the event.
